Unfortunately we have to inform you that the concert of Lana Del Rey in Ziggo Dome Amsterdam on the 21st of February 2020 has been cancelled. At the moment there is no rescheduled date. It has therefore been decided to refund the purchased tickets. Ticketbuyers will receive an email of Eventim with the following process concerning this refund. Artist statement: “Sorry to let everyone down so last minute but this illness has taken me by surprise and have totally lost my singing voice. Dr has advised 4 weeks off for the moment. I hate to let everyone down but I need to get well. Love Lana”.
PAY ATTENTION: tickets for Lana Del Rey’s show will be sold personalized, at the request of the artist to ensure that tickets are not resold. Once tickets are bought, the name on the ticket can NOT be changed. This event is for fans only. In addition to and/or deviating from the general terms and conditions of the organiser Friendly Fire, the following terms and conditions are in place to ensure that tickets are not resold: • A strict 4 per person ticket limit applies • If you are the person who bought the tickets for your party, you are the lead booker. The full name of the lead booker must be registered while booking the tickets and this name will be printed on each ticket. When entering the venue, you must present a valid ID to gain entrance to the Ziggo Dome.
• If you are booking more than one ticket, only your name as the lead booker will be printed on each ticket. Your guests must enter the venue at the same time as you. If not, your guests will be turned away and can’t enter the venue.
• The name on the ticket(s) can NOT be changed once the booking has been made. This means that if more than one ticket is booked and the lead booker is unable to make it to the concert, his/her other guests cannot access the concert either. Furthermore, tickets cannot be resold because the name of the person who would buy the resold tickets won’t match the name of the lead booker.
• Tickets cannot be resold or transferred to others under any circumstances. If the organiser reasonably believes this to be the case the barcode on the ticket will be voided, prohibiting entry to the concert.
• The organiser will not accept responsibility or liability from anyone for any damage suffered, if access to the concert is denied on the basis of (violation of) any of the terms and conditions listed above.
